Product Overview

Emirates E.V.G. 3D Construction Panels consist of an EPS core, with varying thickness, sandwiched between two plane-paralleled welded wire mesh sheets. These sheets are positioned by uniformly distributed inclined “cross wires”, that pierce through the EPS core and are welded at both mesh interfaces.

This results in a lightweight, three-dimensional truss system with high inherent stiffness. The standard width of 3D panels is 1.20 m while the element’s length is variable and depends on the corresponding field of application. 3D panels are delivered as positioned elements to the site where they are connected easily as wall and slab structural elements.

Splice mesh is used to seal the joints between 3D panels. This brings about a continuous mesh structure (reinforcement) over the entire construction, as per the following detail;

By the correct execusion of the three dimensional truss configuration with truly straight truss wires over thier full length from weld point to weld point and with a maximum of weld points between trusses and the reinforcing cover mesh. Erection of the constructions is time efficient and straight forward because the Emirates E.V.G. 3D Construction Panel is light weight (a standard panel weighs less than 20kg).
