The construction method is simple, easy to understand and does not require skilled labor. Emirates 3D Panels can be cut quickly to any size or to a particular shape to suit any architectural design. Cutting of openings for windows and doors take only a matter of minutes.

Contrary to prefabricated concrete components, concrete is applied to Emirates 3D Panels once a building's structure has been erected. Before the concrete is applied all electrical conduit, piping, water and sewer pipes are installed in an easy format as specified by the client.

Upon completion of the erection, after placing the utilities, installation of door and window rough frames, concrete (shortcrete) is applied to each side of the panel assembly. Shortcrete can be applied either manually or, preferably, mechanically. The thickness of the concrete layers conforms to the local code requirements. Simple methods for checking the correct and uniform concrete thickness are on hand and are observed while screeding the surface.
